Welcome to the City of Bloomington Passport Acceptance Online Appointment System

Each applicant must have their own appointment.  If you book one appointment for four children, we will only process one.  

If you are experiencing any symptoms of ill health (i.e. sneezing, coughing, fever), please reschedule your appointment for a later date. 

We are located at 1800 West Old Shakopee Road in Bloomington, Minnesota.

Please read all information carefully.

You must apply in person for a passport if:

• You are a first time applicant
• You are under 18
• Your previous passport was issued over 15 years ago
• Your previous passport was issued when you were under the age of 16
• Your previous passport is badly damaged, lost, or stolen

One appointment per person.  

Passport photos are available at our office for $15.00 per person.  Photos can be taken within the appointment time.  Eye glasses are no longer allowed in the passport photo.

Routine processing is 6-9 weeks plus mailing time.  

Expedite processing is 3-5 weeks plus mailing time.
